The "Amaro" San Martino is obtained from the combination of thistles and artichokes natural Sardinia.

The scent and flavor strong and austere, make this "Amaro" a liquor, asted in the company, gives a sense of strength, toughness, the will to live in a "Bush Land" and "Untouched" as Our "Terra Sarda". In February, after careful selection, thistles and artichokes are trimmed and placed in infusion in teel silos. After about three weeks we extract an infusion in teel silos. After about three weeks we extract an infusion color "bright green" and, by the scent "wild and penetrating" that combined water and sugar gives rise all "Bitter sweet" San Martino.
