Spray Myrtle is the last creation of San Martino in the 2005. Maria
Antonietta’s passion for beauty and goodness, and her necessity
to communicate them to everybody, is the reason why she has create “Nusk”,
myrtle fragrance.
Why Nusk? “Nuscu”, in sardinian
dialect, means pleasant smell. Inside the bottle is contained myrtle
natural essence:
natural infusion of wild fresh berries of sardinian myrtle that, sprayed
on roast meat, roast
pork, cheeses, ricotta, cakes and ice-cream,
gives unforgettable taste and parfume. It is mostly used in gastronomy
and
some sardinian Chef use it to aromatize their special dishes.
We wish
that the scente of Sardinian Myrtle will be used by chefs all over the
world as soon as possible.
