In Sardinia, wild fennel said "Fenugu" or “matafaluga”, grows wild in the countryside. The flowers of a beautiful straw color and green seeds, rich in essential oils, have an intense aroma and a pleasant taste and fresh.
The flowers and seeds are put in the infusion with alcohol in the steel silos and after about two weeks you remove an infusion "green color" and a fresh and wild. With the infusion, water, sugar and alcohol, you get the liquor Fennel. "FENU" very delicate, excellent after meals, to taste fresh.
